How It Works
- Plastic Feeding – Plastic granules are loaded into the machine hopper.
- Melting – The granules move through a heated barrel where they are melted.
- Injection – A hydraulic-driven injection system pushes the molten plastic into the mould at controlled pressure.
- Clamping – The hydraulic clamping unit keeps the mould firmly closed during injection.
